Avalon Pier is a popular fishing pier by locals and visitors. The pier, located at MP 6, is a local favorite on the Outer Banks. The pier is almost 700 feet long and features some of the best fishing in the area, the Avalon Pier offers a tackle shop with everything you need for a great day of fishing. The pier is open March through November.
