too expensive golf course?
We are staying in Kitty Hawk for the week
of the 4th.. Never been before.. Are there
fireworks anywhere?? Where is a good not

Courses
We are planning a golf trip to the Outer
Banks and it seems every golfer has an opinion
about the courses. I have played most but
not all the courses down there. My 2 favorites
are the Currituck Club and Kilmarlic. We
need 1 more. I have never played the Nags
Head Links becuase I understand it is nice
but everyone says is it their least favorite
to play b/c of difficulty.
A few of the guys I am going with won't
break a 100 so not sure if we want to do
this one. I played the Seascape course several
ago and was not impressed. I heard it has
been renovated but had received mixed reports
since the rennovation. I played the Carolina
Club a while ago and do not recall it being
great nor terrible. I played the Pointe
is was nothing special. I never played Duck
Woods nor Goose Creek but don't think I
am missing much there. Any Input would be

Insurance and Golf
Two different questions: Should be get trip
insurance in case of hurricanes (July next
year) or not worth it. Does the Outer Banks
ever get hurricanes that early in the season?
Second question: Do you need to make golf
tee times before you head to the island
