Missed the obx last summer because of daughters college graduation. Any changes in restaurants in Rodanthe/waves/salvo area? Our favorites were Lisa's pizza & Board Wok

Lisa's pizza was our favorite spot about seven years ago. We have since moved to the 4x4 area. Corolla Pizza & Sub would be the only thing to compare. Nothing fancy, just good food & good hard working people.

Atlantic Coast Cafe has always been good. Board Wok didn't really do it for us...blah.

Still like Top Dog Cafe in Waves ( ocean side of Hwy 12) for it's good food, reasonable prices, and casual" beachy " atmosphere. They have something on the menu for everyone.

Lisa's Pizza is still very steady. Froggy Dog was still there last summer. Who knows what a new season will bring?
