Subject: New
to the Outer Banks
My husband and I are looking for a
pet friendly area on the outer banks
that is relatively close to shopping,
restaurants, and other convienences.
We don't necessarily want to be in
the hustle and bustle. We wouldn't
mind having to drive to restaurants,
etc. We are looking for a vacation
to get away from the daily grind!
Any recommendations would be greatly

Hello All!!! I am an Outer Banks "newbie"

regarding the best locations to stay.
Being that this will be more of a
family vacation with about 10 adults
and 6 young children we are trying

Timers -- Lots of Questions!
I am taking my wife and 2 year old
twins to the Outer Banks this summer
-- our first time there. (It should
be noted, we are also taking our dog,
too!)
Here are my questions:
1. When is the best time of the summer
to go?
2. Is Labor Day weekend going to be
insanely crowded there?
3. Is it too hot in August and/or
too cold in September/October to go?
4. Where is the best place to go for
beauty and calmness -- we don't need
a night life, and are looking for
less crowds as much as possible. We
have considered, so far, Nags Head
and Duck -- are we on track?
